About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled 3D Printer Technician to join our

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 3D printers.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and firmware updates.
• Document repair processes and maintain accurate service records.
• Assist with printer installations and user training as needed.
Requirements:
• An N6 Certificate in Electronic Engineering.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of 3D printer mechanics, electronics, and
software.
• Solid understanding of electronics, including circuitry, sensors, and motor
controllers.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
