Position Overview:
The Repairs Manager is responsible for overseeing all repair operations within the warehouse facility. This role involves managing a team of repair technicians, ensuring efficient repair processes, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with other departments to meet repair timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing repair operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality repair standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of repair technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
2. Plan and organize repair schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs.
3. Monitor repair processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary repair parts and materials.
5. Develop and implement repair procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and quality.
6. Conduct regular inspections of repaired items to verify quality and functionality.
7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, including repair history and costs.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the repair area.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to prioritize repair tasks and address customer concerns.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance repair operations.
11. Manage the repair budget, including cost control and expenditure forecasting.
12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding repairs, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in repair management or a similar role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Knowledge of repair procedures and techniques, particularly in electronics or similar products.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and repair management software.
9. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
10. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based at our warehouse facility.
- The role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours to meet repair deadlines.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
