About the Role:

Are you a layout-loving, detail-obsessed creative who thrives on making content look flawless across print and digital? As our IM DTP Designer, you’ll take raw information and turn it into professional, brand-compliant documents, catalogues, labels, and marketing material.

You’ll collaborate with designers, marketing, and retail teams to make sure everything not only looks amazing but also communicates the right message—every time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and format print and digital materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Convert raw content (text, images, charts) into visually appealing, brand-compliant layouts.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, aligned, and ready for print or online distribution.
• Work with marketing and retail teams to understand content requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of typography, colour accuracy, and overall presentation.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and design trends.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar).
• Portfolio showing layout and desktop publishing experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Understanding of print and digital specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: experience with packaging, catalogues, or multi-format design.
