Position Overview
SMD Technologies is seeking a young, ambitious professional to join our organisation as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s diary, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal/external engagements.
- Make all necessary arrangements for travel, transport, and accommodation (local and international).
- Assist with time management, task prioritisation, and workflow coordination.
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, executives, and partners.
- Prepare and distribute meeting packs, reports, presentations, and formal correspondence.
- Reconcile expenses, maintain records, and manage reimbursements.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Support the Managing Director across all business activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: BCom, Legal Degree, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own reliable vehicle and willingness to use it for official business travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in a corporate or executive environment is advantageous.
