About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team member who takes initiative, can manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
  • Oversee timekeeping and attendance records for the retail team.
  • Provide direct support to the National Operations Manager and KAM team.
  • Assist with in-store responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail in all administrative functions.
  • Proven administrative support experience (retail environment experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
