Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Specialist for TP Link. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients, driving sales activities, and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives to deliver measurable results.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify, source, and secure new business clients to grow the customer base.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Sales Growth and Pipeline Management:
    • Manage the sales pipeline, including identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.
    • Plan and execute targeted sales activities to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of TP Link solutions to prospective clients.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development:
    • Conduct market research to analyse competition, industry trends, and sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to enhance sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Customer Engagement and Support:
    • Organize and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
    • Ensure customer requirements are met and maintain ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.
  • Reporting and Intelligence Sharing:
    • Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights to support business decision-making.
    • Share marketing intelligence and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales function.
  • Representation and Advocacy:
    • Represent the company at local and national exhibitions, trade shows, and meetings.
  • Team Contribution:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall team success by achieving individual and group sales targets.
    • Collaborate with TP Link business manager as required to drive B2B sales.

Key Requirements

  • Experience and Knowledge:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with established relationships in the industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sales management processes and pipeline management in a B2B context.
  • Education:
    • BCom degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. (Advantageous). Proven experience in place of degree can be considered.



  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in analytical tools and advanced Excel capabilities.
    • Familiarity with productivity and reporting tools to track performance and generate insights.
  • Other Requirements:
    • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
    • Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required.
