Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Specialist for TP Link. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients, driving sales activities, and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives to deliver measurable results.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify, source, and secure new business clients to grow the customer base.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Sales Growth and Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline, including identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of TP Link solutions to prospective clients.
- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to analyse competition, industry trends, and sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to enhance sales strategies and improve market positioning.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and maintain ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.
- Reporting and Intelligence Sharing:
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights to support business decision-making.
- Share marketing intelligence and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales function.
- Representation and Advocacy:
- Represent the company at local and national exhibitions, trade shows, and meetings.
- Team Contribution:
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall team success by achieving individual and group sales targets.
- Collaborate with TP Link business manager as required to drive B2B sales.
Key Requirements
- Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with established relationships in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales management processes and pipeline management in a B2B context.
- Education:
- BCom degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. (Advantageous). Proven experience in place of degree can be considered.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Familiarity with productivity and reporting tools to track performance and generate insights.
- Other Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required.
